  Buyer beware... we chose them to replace our roof because of price and the good experience some friends had using them. I could not have been more disappointed in the quality of their work. They came back three times to fix their issues (staples through shingles, large red stain, mismatched flashing with jagged edges and bent using their hands or a 2x4, overhang that sagged, broken siding, nails in grass, the list is long!). In each case, rather than QC their own work, they asked if it was "good enough". Additionally, they dropped packs of shingles from upper roof to lower roof and cracked the ceiling drywall. Look outside of Page County for your roofers!

  Crooks. Alan and sabrina knott belong behind bars. Over 20 felony fraud construction charges filed. They are human garbage.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After hiring Knotts Roofing to replace my roof, they required a down payment to acquire the supplies. After 18 months, numerous weekly phone calls, certified letters, contacting the sheriff's department, lawyers, BBB, VA Dept of Professional Occupational Regulations and Office of Consumer Protection, and the Attorney General- this company is still refusing to answer phone calls, return my money, or start the job. This is a very corrupt company. Be warned!
