All representatives were courteous and professional. Their team of installers completed the stripping, repairing, and installation in one day! All grounds were inspected and cleaned. This is the second full roofing job that J Smegal has done for me. I would recommend J Smegal without exception.

They showed up as promised and explained my options. The pricing was reasonable, all things considered. John and Eric with the repair department were courteous, kind and very patient in explain what my options were. The work was completed in a quick and timely fashion and they went out of their way to clean up and work thru tough climate conditions. I highly recommend them.

The J. Smegal team from start to finish, was professional, knowledgeable and timely. Great customer service and really stand behind their craftsmanship and product! My roof was stripped and a new (beautiful) roof installed in the same day! I will continue to recommend J. Smegal to anyone who needs their roof repaired or a new roof installed.
