  Had our twenty plus year old roof replaced by Klam Construction in January of 2021 and we cannot be happier with the results. Can't believe I forgot to post this sooner. From Katie in the office to Abel and his crew everything was done as said in a professional, respectful and friendly manner. At the time, numerous neighbors asked me about the roofers I had working on our home as they were impressed by the staging of the material, speed of workmanship and clean up done afterward. I just wished the other two businesses I had do work on my property over the last few years had the same commitment to integrity and quality. They were bums in comparison!

  Back in the fall of 2021, my wife and I needed to replace our roof after the home's original 25 year shaker shingles were showing their age and starting to leak. We contacted 4 different roofing companies, received bids from all of them and clearly Klam Construction was at the top of the list. We knew this job was going to take some time to schedule out, it was going to be an investment and at the same time we wanted to feel we could trust the people providing the bids and most importantly doing the work. Katie coordinated the project so well before / during / and after, responded quickly to calls and emails and was very helpful navigating through the entire process. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Klam Construction to anyone looking for a fantastic company to use when replacing your roof. Thank you, Katie. 😀

  I could not recommend Klam Construction highly enough. I used them to replace my roof. The owner, Abel Serrano, was thorough, conscientious, polite and oversaw all aspects of the work. The work performed was first-class and I was very happy with the product and the cost. I would definitely use Klam Construction again. P.S. I was the other half of the decision...the guy. Elizabeth and I were both impressed with the integrity and honorableness of Abel. He is a humble, hard-working man who started with nothing almost 30 years ago, learned the business by working for others, then opened KLAM. He treats his employees well, his work crew was respectful and quick and comprehensive. It was really an exceptional experience: someone who kept their word in every way, who has pride in their work, who is worthy of your strong consideration. Abel is a good man with high principles in a changing world.
