  I hired this company to replace my siding, and roof after a hail storm. It was nice that they worked directly with my insurance company, taking that stress away. However, during the project, the project coordinator would only work with me by phone and would do everything in his power to not come to my house so that I could speak with him in person about my concerns. There were even times when he would not answer my calls and I wouldn’t hear back from him for days at a time. Part of the contract that I signed was to remove and replace my fence that had been damaged due to wind. The company sub contracted the fence replacement to a local LLC. That LLC removed my fence, but did not come back to start re building the fence until several weeks later. When they finally were ready to start building the fence, Kiser told me that they would no longer be able to continue working with that LLC due to a tax issue when it came time to pay that LLC. The solution they gave me was that they would give me the money to cover the cost of the new fence and I would pay the LLC directly. Kiser told me that there was no other alternatives if I wanted the fence rebuilt. Reluctantly I agreed not knowing that I was violating the contract with them by accepting the money. The LLC built a fence, but did a poor job and never finished all the work as agreed. The job was so poorly done, that I now need to have the entire fence completely replaced AGAIN since it is now falling apart. The LLC also damaged the new siding and caused thousands of dollars in damage to my yard. Kiser denied fault for the outcome of the fence and damage to my property stating that by me taking the money from them for the new fence, I violated my contract with them. Kiser never disclosed that I would be violating the contract at any point by excepting the money and they never had me resign a new contract or a form altering the contract. Unfortunately the judge agreed with Kiser in court and now I’m out thousands for the fence due to the LLC being uncollectible. The siding and roof look nice and was done correctly, but Eva use of their shady business tactics, I would not recommend Kiser to anyone!

  Help! that is what I needed and that is what I got from Kiser. Scott, my project manager, Bret and Jason were extremely helpful in making choices for materials to be used on my kitchen floor and entry and my shower. It was winter and I didn't go out much. Scott and Bret recommended LVT flooring for the kitchen and entry. No dimples from my walker or canes and the floor is beautiful. Brandon installed it in a day over the existing flooring. Lots of hammering but the results are worth it. I needed my shower to be handicapped accessible and safe which meant tearing out the preformed shower. I wanted the shower extended and a curved shower curtain rod and curved curb. Jason had started the demo and I had pick up some tile samples. Jason picked up more samples and from one that I picked and one that Jason picked I was happy, but not satisfied. The tile that Jason brought also had a larger one for floors. I am looking at these 2 samples and thinking, " that is going to be one fancy shower, it's going to look out of place". I turned to Jason and said, "How about if we do the floor and the tub surround?" So that's what Jason did. It is beautiful. After I got over the initial WOW! I started to really look at the craftsmanship that went into the project.There are mitered corners, tiles that had to have several angles cut to fit into their spot, and the symmetry, just wonderful. Elegant! Jason is a focused hard worker. I did discover a billing error after the fact and reported it to Scott. It was 2 days later and a refund check from Kiser was already in my mail box. That:s impressive customer service. Everyone makes mistakes it's how you correct them that sets you apart.

  Beyond our expectations in look, communication and cost. We had Kiser remove a wall, add windows and renovate our shower. Rusty and Greg provided a great experience and we would happily hire them again in the future.
