My new roof looks fantastic! My entire experience with Kirtley & Sons was exceptional.  Justin took the time to help me decide what I wanted, and he was always quick to get back with me.  They did the work as scheduled, and they left my yard as they found it.  I find great comfort in knowing that the same family has owned this company since 1961, so if I have a problem with my roof next year, they will still be there to call upon.  I am very happy with the job they did, and I highly recommend Kirtley & Sons!

We needed a new roof on our house and shop. Kirtley & Sons came out and did a wonderful job on both buildings. Very professional and timely. New roofs look great and the new gutters on my shop are way better than what was originally there. I would highly recommend Kirtley & Sons. This company was a true blessing to me. From the first phone call to the last inspection was absolute perfection.  After meeting with Justin the first time I knew I was in good hands. He inspected the roof, gave me options, and estimated cost without any pressure to upgrade. There were no excesses of what wasn't available and how overloaded their installation schedule was. I had a new roof in less than two weeks.

The installation crew was a hard-working group of experienced men with a woman crew leader. They respected my home and did their very best to clean up after completion.

I cannot thank them enough. Also, would recommend them without a second thought. Looking forward to my gutter installation in 2022.

I highly recommend Kirtley & Sons Contracting. In April 2020, Kirtley & Sons completed the large re-roofing job on my house. Richard Kirtley and his company get 5 stars for attitude, fair pricing, promptness, responsiveness, and quality of work.

The large complicated job of re-roofing was completed in 1-1/2 days. The job included special added roof venting and custom drip edging that was fabricated in their shop. Richard in the process was very helpful, reasonable and always kept his word regarding what he would do. Before leaving the job, Richard made sure that the site was clean from debris and that I was satisfied with the re-roofing work.

I highly recommend Kirtley & Sons. I have already recommended this company to a friend who is looking for an excellent roofing contractor.

Kirtley & Sons Contracting is an amazing company to work with!  We had our entire roof replaced in March, and were greatly impressed with the level of service, expertise, and professionalism with which we were met.  Here are the many reasons we walked away as completely satisfied customers:
1)	When our tree coverage was too thick for a satellite measurement, owner Richard drove from Tomball to our house in College Station, climbed on the roof himself, and hand measured it…in the rain!
2)	We had to be out of town on the day the shingles were delivered.  We were concerned about the material being left unattended, but owner Justin reassured us that we were not responsible for that material until it was nailed in place on our roof.  If something were to happen to those shingles while we were gone, Kirtley & Sons would take full responsibility.
3)	Owner Justin drove from Tomball the day work began to monitor progress and make sure the crew had adequate supplies and material.
4)	We were extremely impressed with the highly skilled crew.  They knew exactly what they were doing and did not skip a beat even with all of the weird angles and 4 skylights they were required to deal with on our roof.  The crew completed the entire job of our 3400 square foot home in 1 day!
5)	We really appreciated that the vents and plumbing jacks were all replaced and painted to match the shingle color.  Made for a very finished look.
6)	The crew took great care that they were on someone else’s property.  Our landscaping suffered zero damage.  Nothing was trampled or broken.
7)	They left our place completely clean!  No trace they’d ever been there aside from maybe a handful of roofing nails and some roofing paper scraps.
8)	We’d had a persistent roof leak area before the re-roof.  It leaked again after the re-roof was complete.  The crew supervisor, Javier, drove out to inspect.  Even though the leak ended up having nothing to do with the roofing job itself, he repaired the issue at no charge!
