I had awful Masonite siding replaced with vinyl. From start to finish Kingsford was excellent! My salesman Tripp came to my house a few times with color options so I could be certain which color I definitely wanted. Their showroom let me see the different styles of siding, and what my house could look like on their computer with my choices. I was given an accurate timeframe for when my materials would come in, and once they did their installers began 4 days later. My installers were wonderful and did a great job! When I found one spot that needed attention they came back quickly to fix it. Each time throughout this process that I contacted them, they responded the same day. My home looks wonderful and I’m so happy I chose Kingsford!

Kingsford replaced all of our windows with energy efficient windows a while back. Over time the paint on the trim wrap, on some windows, became loose. They came out in couple days after contacting them & replaced the trim. Great customer service & Eno showed true professionalism in his work.

We had all of our windows replaced by Kingsford Fall 2019. We have had an absolutely terrible experience with them. This is by far the most money we have ever spent on our home but the worst customer service we’ve received. Our complaints are too numerous to outline here but I will include some of our biggest frustrations and I am attaching pictures of the workmanship. 1. Terrible communication. The team left on the final day without checking out with us. When we have brought concerns to the company over the last several months, they only send the same team out. No one at the management or owner level seems to be concerned at all. 2. Terrible workmanship. Caulking is incomplete or shoddy at best. Aluminum work on the outside of the windows looks like amateur work. One window didn’t close because a screw was not screwed in properly. One of the safety features that prevents the window from sliding up too high was installed upside down. Two screens were installed with tears in them. When they rescreened them at another visit, the job was done horribly and looks awful. 3. Worst of all, the workers covered extensive rot on at least one of our windows. We only found it because we had siding work done by a different company a few months later and that team found the rot. When we addressed this with Kingsford, we were told that “Some of the teams are lazy and don’t take the time to fix it before they cover the exterior with the aluminum.” We absolutely regret choosing Kingsford for our window replacement and we are frustrated that we continue to find issues with our windows several months later and are stuck with them because of the warranty situation. Steer clear.
