  Waited three months after money upfront to get work started. There was to be several projects completed, however after the roof, we decided not to complete the others, with this contractor.

  Steve gave me a down payment for his roof in September. We roofed his house the second week of November. I told him we were going to be there at the end of October, but we fell two weeks behind because of the weather. We came and roofed his house and he had us do extra work why we were there, and we completed the extra work. He knew up front what the extra work was going to cost and he agreed to it. -Guess you can’t make everybody happy. And we have a timeline that we try to keep, but if we do extra work for every customer, that’s how we fall behind.

  Great to work with! Fast and great crew! Had my roof was tore off and reshingled in 1 day! Would definitely recommend!
