Mr. Kincaid was very flexible and straightforward about his services and prices. He was prompt and thorough. He was patient and attentive to all of our questions and did not hesitate to share his expertise as can be seen in his thorough and prompt report. He does follow up on questions and his explanations are very clear and easy to understand. I will use his services in the future and recommend him to anybody that is looking for objective residential inspection.

It was so refreshing to see someone work with integrity, honesty and not a stone uncovered. It was such a pleasure to work with honest professional that will go above and beyond. Kincaid Home Inspection Services was recommended to us through our real estate agent and Preston is truly a gem! We are first time home buyers and inspecting our potential home with Preston was so informative. He made us feel so comfortable and answered all our questions. Our inspection felt like hanging out with an old friend and learning about our house. Preston specializes in old homes which was perfect because our farm house is from the 1800s. He also was very prompt with our report and was available to answer any additional questions we had. Professional, kind, and worth the money! HIGHLY recommend!!
