  I felt like this company was reputable so they would be a good choice for our siding installation. I will not recommend this company. Their communication was almost non existent. I was given an estimated install date approximately 1 month out after paying half down, which was substantial. When the time came and no one contacted me I called to see when it would be installed. They gave me a different day. When no one showed up, I called them back and was told that my material was no longer being manufactured and they didn't know when it would be available. I fell this information should have been communicated to me as soon as they found out the material was not available. Not when the projected install date and come and gone. I was informed we could go with another option, and decided to do that and was given another install date. The date came and no one showed up. I called again and left a message. I was contacted by them the next day, and they said their employee had an emergency and could not make it the day before. I said I understood, and they set up a date for the next day. The employee and helper showed up, but did not have a very professional attitude. Their clean up process was not at all professional. We are still finding staples and bits and pieces of siding that was left from the installation. When I asked about a warranty, they said that vinyl siding does not have a warranty. That's fine, but they said there was no warranty on their labor. Very disappointed in this company. After posting my review, the owner of Kimball roofing reached out to me and discussed my issues. I was informed there was a warranty for my siding and he said he would send someone out to clean up whatever was left on the property. We discussed communication is vital. Especially during times when product availability is an issue. After speaking with Kimball I would recommend his company, he felt it was important to speak with me about the issues and make it right. To me, that's great business and customer service oriented. Thank you Kimball.

  I have cleared this misunderstanding up with Tammy and I was told by Tammy that she would update this review?. This was my first response to Tammy. I will check on this first thing Monday morning and we have a two years on labor and there is a material warranty. I will also send a crew to clean up anything that needs addressed. Yes we are having a difficult time getting our materials from the manufacture. 16 weeks out to receive siding. This is Out of the companies control. This is a problem Nation Wide. Sorry for the miss communication. I would hope we can Make you fill better about Kimball Roofing. Talk Monday. Thx Kimball

  I felt the charge for roof repair quite high. It took the repairman 30 minutes to put silicone on and around the roof hot water vent where it had begun to leak the previous night. The same work was done by Kimball roofing less than 2years ago.

  To the complaint, You signed the contract explaining of the work description. Kimball has more expenses towards your repair then just the time on the job. I did go to your home at your request 90 min. from SLC. after the repair was completed, you did not show for the meeting. I also called you with no response. Now Kimball has more time towards your project. Please apply that to your 30 min. calculations. Kimball Roofing.

  We really enjoyed working with Gary. The roofing done was exceptional and having 110 year old gutters removed was not easy but they know what they are doing. I would gladly recommend Kimball to all my friends and family.
