  I bid three roofing companies and Key Roofing presented the best price. The materials showed up the day before the work was scheduled. Their workers showed up promptly as scheduled. They striped all the old roofing off and installed the new roof in one long day. They placed tarps around the house to throw the old materials down on so did not make a mess. They replaced several pieces of rotten facia and a few spots of rotten decking on my roof. When finished they ran magnets around my yard to pick up any dropped nails etc. The next day the owner showed up to inspect the premises. He had a worker come back and touch up a few items that I had missed in my inspection. Overall, they exceeded my expectations. I would use them again.

  We were already in need of a new roof, but when it developed a fairly large leak, we needed someone to replace it quickly. After getting several estimates, Key provided the best price and was able to get started the soonest (within one week). Before the crew was able to start, Webster (the owner) personally got on the roof and caulked the leak to prevent additional damage to our ceiling. We are very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. The roof looks great, was completed on time and on budget, and all of the materials and trash were cleaned up so that you would never know the crew had been there. If you need a roof, I would highly recommend Key Roofing and Webster Allen.

  Key Roofing put an amazing roof on my previous house. Within a month of calling, my roof had aerial pictures, an estimate on cost, and had been replaced with a fantastic new roof. Web Allen, owner of Key Roofing, has always been very reliable with GREAT customer service. I recently had a small leak from a storm and called Key Roofing. Web promptly came out and fixed the problem.
