  I hired Kevin to build an attached two bay garage with room above for future apartment and mud room. Kevin was handed nothing more than rough layman sketches and a photo of a similar setup. He had to figure out the heights, transitions, stairs, and blend to the existing house. He always showed up on time and exceeded expectations in his delivery. He was a very good communicator throughout the project. The final product is outstanding and looks like it was always there. We get so many compliments. I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Kevin Day. Note: Eric Gallagher of Gallagher Construction partnered with Kevin on my project. I will be leaving a similar review under his business. You would be fortunate to get either one of these guys for your project.
