My only complaint would be your hours.
Y'all close to early! I work and have projects I usually run into problems with . 7:00 pm is way to early you guys are missing out on alot of money closing before 8pm!

Overall a pretty good hardware store. Prices are high but to be expected in kettle falls. An Exellent selection of grow nutrients.The staff is Awsome!

Made me feel uncomfortable.  At first it was nice because I had three different employees ask me if I needed help but then the third one started following me all over the store.  I thought he was just being polite at first but then he started really following me up and down isles.  Made me feel uncomfortable and honestly annoyed and mad.

The price on the shelf is not the price at the register. When you question it the old lady gets rude, overall customer service is awful. The BBB needs to investigate these price discrepancies, the customers are being taken advantage of.
