  I had a furnace installed and have had problems with it I’ve called numerous times and have had no response. I was also supposed to get paperwork for the new furnace but a year and a half have passed and still no paperwork!!

  I have tried not to do this. I called the Co. a few times before my warranty ended. No answer although I was able to leave a message. There was no return call. Calling again I finally did get Mr Kelly. He said the leak wasn't from his window that I needed to remove all the siding on both sides of the house. I also talked to his wife who was very nice. Mrs Kelly told me Mr Kelly was to busy to come and look at the windows. The company put in 1 new window, a double window and repaired another window. It was $1,800.00. I felt uncomfortable watching the young man doing the job. I wanted to watch as I am a widow and want a good job. I didn't watch, against my better judgement. The single window from day 1 droops on the bottom and every time it rains, water sits on the ledge. Because Mr Kelly would not come look at the job I had someone replace the caulking because there were 2 wholes in the caulking and allowed my window to leak. I could also feel a slight breeze at the bottom of the window on the inside of the house. The caulking on the double window above the garage cracked in a few places. The caulking is a terrible job. I believe the window is still leaking rain into my house because of the cracks in the caulking job. I just want this problem fixed. I don't want any trouble. I am 63 years old and had to climb out on my roof to look at the problem and take pictures. Please come and look and fix this as by 2 weeks or The BBB is my next step.
