  Sherman at Keller Construction did an unbelievable job on a new roof, new gutters, window capping, and new siding. The quality of his work cannot be overstated and his customer service was phenomenal. It took him exactly as long as he projected and was exactly on budget. I'll be using sherman again in the future for all exterior needs and you should too.

  Sherman, and his group, did a fantastic job with our siding, gutter and downspout replacement. They worked hard and long hours. They were on time every day and work diligently with much attention to detail. Great personalities for all of them and they took us into consideration while doing all of the work. We appreciated them all and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work on their home.

  I am now changing my review of Keller Construction to 1 star. As Sherman was completing the job, he came to me and asked to give him a review--which I obliged. I didn't think anything of that because he was great to work with and at first, to the eye, the work looked good. However, once we started to take a closer look once he was completed, that's when things unraveled. We first noticed that the shutters were crooked, Sherman came to fix them, and they remained crooked. He told us that it was because of the mortar that they couldn't hang straight. But that wasn't all, we started walking around the house and noticed the capping around the windows was completed in a sloppy manner. He used nails all over the capping and he didn't try to hide them at all; it looks quite sloppy. He caulked all over the seams and it looks like something I would do and not a professional. His edges around corners were not tucked properly and water could get in. Additionally, you can see the cut lines on the corners and were not hidden—again, for someone who has been doing this so long, the details were not up to par. Also, we noticed that the capping was two different colors. He didn't even notice that until we said something. He came back out to swap them out and then left a nail hole when he must have adjusted the capping on one of the windows. So even with that, the coloring on some of the capping is still different on the inner parts of the windows vs. the outer parts. Once we completed our walk-around assessment, we decided that it was best to bring these things to Sherman’s attention. We ended up emailing Sherman and that is when he became defensive. He refused to come back out and make things right. His tone in his emails became aggressive and unwarranted. He didn’t care if we weren’t satisfied as his motto suggests, he just wanted to be paid and to not be bothered with us any longer.
