  I just bought a house in Baltimore with a flat roof which started leaking within 2 weeks of me moving in. So, I called Kelbie and Mike immediately called me back and sent his son out to assess my roof the same day. Mike gave me several options so I could choose the best path for my budget. He then sent Nestor and his team out within 2 days to fix my roof before the next upcoming snow/rain storm hit. Nestor was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC to work with, he explained the whole process and his team fixed my roof the same day! Fast forward to the upcoming rain storm . . . . I had another part of my rooftop leak and Nestor again came out that same day and recommended a repair, which was completed, in advance of the next upcoming storm. I can't say enough positive things about how I was treated . . . I truly felt like I was being treated the same way a family member would be. This is a very responsive, honest and knowledgeable group of people to work with! If I could give them 6 stars, I would!! I will definitely recommend Kelbie roofing to anyone who needs help with their flat roof!!

  I called Kelbie Home Improvement who was recommended to me by my office. The receptionist was very responsive and within minutes I received a call from Michael Kelbie directly. So happy to have called them since they were able to go out to the house and check the flat roof within a COUPLE OF HOURS from my call the SAME DAY! Michael was very professional and took pictures and video to explain and resolve our concerns. Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind!

  Mike and team were responsive and easy to work with. They came out to give me a quote within a day of requesting it, and got my job scheduled very quickly after I decided to go with them. I appreciate that they understand what is best for older DC townhomes with flat roofs, and took the time to send me videos and explanations of the different options. I would definitely recommend Kelbie to any neighbors needing roof repairs or replacements.
