  After practically chasing him down to even schedule the estimate, he showed up late. He was a very friendly individual. However, since then he has not returned our calls or given me the estimate or paperwork I’ve asked for and now we are having to push back our closing date trying to find a new contractor to replace him. VERY unprofessional. You’re losing money, not me.
