This has been on going for years. We had a metal roof installed and it leaks. Some repairs have been made but the back porch is still leaking. The " repairs" made to the porch hasn't fixed it and now after years of fighting with them we will have another company fix it correctly. Never again will we do business with them or recommend them.

I was told to buy 120' of snow guard and screws.
They sold me 100 screws (one bag) when each piece gets 28 screws.
120' = 12 pieces × 28 = 336 (4 bags of 100)
Another mistake?  Don't care? Or stupid?

Happy, clean, old time lumberyard feeling. Warren was especially helpful, efficient patient, and willing to work with us to find quality siding, that we could afford. Can't say enough good things about Kay Supplt in Taylor AZ. We will be going back for decking and all of our future lumber needs.

My mom requested an estimate for her home. The representative came out and promised to send her an estimate within a week. Three weeks later, she never received the estimate or a call. When I called Kay Supply to find out the status, the clerk said that they were too busy with a "big job."  Too busy to even contact my mom. Unacceptable.  I would never recommend Kay Supply! I purchased five pieces 5/8 of osb, and it cost me $120.   I thought it would be convenient to purchase locally, but it would have been cheaper to make the drive to Home Depot in Show Low.  It would have cost $55 vs. $120.  This company is over charging the locals, and I will never purchase from them again.

Great customer service at Kay Supply. I use them for all of my construction needs. They have a awesome staff that know their products and are very helpful when I come in.

I always enjoy my experience with Kay Supply.  Friendly staff and great delivery service which the box retailers won't do in many rural areas

Over the last two years we have spent thousands of dollars on materials for our home. This year we bought several thousand more dollars in materials including a french door that swings out. We had Show Low Garage door install gutters and the french door we bought from Kay Supply. The frame for the doors was built 1 inch too tall and therefore the doors have a one inch gap between the bottom of the doors and the threshold. Jason at Kay insists that the threshold is designed to be adjustable with the screws. But that accounts for very small adjustments to make the rubber seals at the bottom of the door weather tight. The adjusting screws are not designed to make up for a one inch mistake or gap. We have just laid 15000 dollars worth of flooring and the poor construction will surely leak. I want a new frame built. Jason who represents Kay Supply is not willing to work with us. Customers that have supported and kept our money in Snowflake Taylor rather than buying at Lowes or Home depot.  We paid over a thousand dollars for a door built improperly and have pictures to prove it as the rising sun shines through the bottom and the sides of the doors. All we are asking the owners of Kay Supply to do is to build a new frame we are happy to keep the same doors. That would cost them almost nothing. But obviously Jason's ego is more important that Paying a customer and their years of support.

Love it when you can find a company here in the White Mountains who can listen to your needs and come up with a great exterior solution! Kay Supply went above and beyond my needs or expectations.  Thank you to everyone at Kay who supplied me with exactly what I needed!!

Went in to try to keep it local never shop at this place again never got quote for my deck back  next time will go to home depot or lowe's people that appreciate my business
