  Hired Karbella for an emergency roof repair/ almost collapsed roof. Shane came out, they were running 30 minutes late and had great communication and let me know. Everything was explained thoroughly and the process went smooth. Everyone was nice and the customer service was fabulous (and I’ve hired quite a few “contractors” from other places in the past!

  Karbella was very helpful and affordable for my roofing repair. Even when my roofing damage was more than anticipated, they kept their price low and made sure my house was repaired properly. I highly recommend Shane and his crew.

  I am so pleased with thier service starting with the transparent estimation to the guys cleaning up so well that my property looked better than when they showed up. My new chimney looks amazing! Even finished way quicker than I anticipated. I will be needing a new roof later in the year and I will definitely be calling them back.
