Kangaroo Contractors did a beautiful job installing the floor in my entryway. From beginning to end of the project, they were focused on quality and customer satisfaction. They were reasonably priced, professional, and personable. I also like the fact that they are a well-established locally-owned company. Project manager David is the best!

We had an appointment for a siding quote at 3:30pm today, January 18, 2022. Got an email message at 3:34pm from Ward saying, "Sorry some how missed this email." and suggesting a new time for tomorrow. My husband and I rearranged our work schedules and took time away from work to be available for the appointment today. When I let him know that this was the only day we were available to get a quote, Ward responded with, "Ok sorry we couldn't help you with this project". No apology for the inconvenience besides a curt "sorry." What Ward didn't know is that this is the first of several home improvements we are doing. Next is a new roof, then a kitchen remodel. We will find another contractor to take care of all of it.

This customer is quite mistaken. They did NOT have an appointment set with us for that time and date. They sent a request for an appointment at that time and were sent this message: "Booking request sent! Thanks for your booking. Looking forward to meeting you! Once we confirm your booking, you will receive a confirmation email" They never received a confirmation email because the request was caught by our spam folder, for some reason, and we didn’t find it until after the appointment had passed. I do apologize for that technical issue, but we have not had that occur before so were caught unawares. We proposed a new time but instead of just replying with some other options, they clearly stated that “I am not able to do this any day but today.” That meant to us that they had moved on so we replied “Ok sorry we couldn't help you with this project.” If they did clear their calendars with no confirmation email I am not sure how that can be our fault. We really enjoy getting 1 star reviews when the customer never met us, never got an estimate and we never performed any work for them. That seems to fit the pattern for our 1 star reviews. I am just so heartbroken that we couldn’t have worked with them on their future projects. I guess we will continue to work on the 15 estimates we still have to write and 3 months of work that is scheduled. Somehow, we will survive.
