  I needed to repair the roof on my mother house but lived 600 miles away. I reached out to several roofing companies for estimate. No discredit to any of them but with the distance between myself and my mother Kairos Roofing was of the upmost professional. It was determined with the age of the roof it would be best to replace it for the purpose of home owners insurance. Below are the reasons Karios was chosen: 1. They responded in timely matter set appointment and arrived as expected. 2. Kairos provided a detailed report and the owner Zack Wallick called directly to discuss options for the roof. It was agreed upon to replace the replace verse repair for the purpose of home owner insurance coverage. 3 Kairos scheduled the replacement based on the availability of material and the process was started. 4. When material were scheduled to arrive I was provided call for the delivery date and was able to inform my mother so she was not surprised. 5. The replacement work was started and while tearing off and replacing pictures were provided by Rob Ross the project manager. 6. While all this was happening it was determined that the eve vent also need to be repaired and Kairos and his contractors stepped up provided solution to get this done. The repair to the eve also required them to be repainted and again Kairos and thier contractors provided a means to get this finish. Overall the roof looks great the eve and vents look new. I was able to be there for apart of the work but had to travel back home while it was going on. It was comforting to know that these guys and Kairos were there to assist me from a far. It is know a 1.5 years later and have a broken tile on the roof. When I called Kairos they were able to look my information up by name. I worked with Lorain and would send her pics of the broken tile. I said I would email her the pic once we got off the phone. An 1.5 hours later she called me back to confirm I sent the email, which I did but typed the wrong email address in to line. After this call I corrected the email and she confirmed she received it. She said they would get back with me after reviewing. That afternoon Misty called to discuss the broken tile and what it will take to remedy the repair. Kairos will be send someone out to repair the tile in the next week or two. Again I cannot express the promptness of Kairos and followup especially when I am 600 miles away.

  This was my first time dealing with a roofing company for a full re-roof. Kairos was really professional and patient with me deciding on tiles for my house since this was such a big decision. They explained everything thoroughly to me and gave me accurate timelines. Once I choose my tile, the ball started rolling instantly. The tear out was was fast and clean. The new tiles came shortly after. The install crew worked fast and clean. They even came during the holiday (NYE) to finish it. Their attention to details and working the flashings on high water runoffs were impeccable. I was so happy with my final outcome and have totally recommended them to my family and friends. Get that pink sign in your yard. You won’t regret it.

  We have used Kairos Roofing before for a major roof repair. Subsequently, when we found a major roof leak, we called in Kairos again for a roof installation. They were very thorough in outlining the phases of the project; the labor involved; materials; equipment, insurance, engineering and permits.. The project went very smoothly. The laborers were neat & cleaned the area after each day, and the work followed the outlined schedule. We highly recommend Kairos Roofing!!
