  I just got off the with this company. I called them last year and had the same problems. They wouldnt answer the phone, they wouldn't call me back. He lied and said he went to my house and did an estimate, it was in his truck and he'd call me right back with it. Which he didnt. then it was: He didnt do it so he would send someone out the next day then call me right back, which he didn't. Then he swore he would get it done and call me back. Here it is a week later and I had to call him back. He says hes sorry and hasn't been out there and that he wouldnt be able to go out to give me an estimate. I told him he did the same stuff last year and that I was going to find someone else. His response was: ok, thank you. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Will never TRY to use this business again, ever.

  Called to make an appointment for an estimate and they never showed. Never called or anything. My husband missed work for them not to show. Very unprofessional.
