  I can’t even describe how unprofessional this company is. The absolute worst with communication I have ever experienced, without exaggeration. By all accounts, they do good work, IF YOU CAN EVER GET THAT WORK DONE! I was scheduled to have my roof installed in Spring of last year, with COVID, I was understanding when I got pushed back a few times, until it didn’t happen last year at all. Ken at K&K, who answers perhaps one in five text messages or phone calls, at best, finally apologized for the way the year went and promised to get my roof installed, Spring of this year. Still nothing. I have received just one basically incoherent text response regarding scheduling from Ken this year, with a loose estimate of one month given, nearly two months ago. I have been entirely ghosted since then. No responses to calls or text messages, cell phone or office. I even acknowledged that the quote may need to be adjusted, in recognition of recent price changes, even though Ken said he would keep it the same, because he failed so miserably to follow through last year. Nothing. Save yourself the frustration, especially if your need is remotely urgent. This company and guy are as far from professional as you will find.

  K&K did an amazing job on our new roof. With 3600 square roof to cover they had the tear off and new one on in 3 days. They worked quickly and efficiently & did a great job with clean up!

  Very happy with our new roof! Tear off and new roof on in one day. They are priced fairly, efficient and cleaned everything up before they left.
