  They were great to work with and were flexible in changes to help reduce the overall cost. The project took a little longer than was ideal due to 2021 being the strange year that it was and the flooring subcontractor taking more time. But Fedewa did their best to get that moving. You can find someone to do it cheaper, but they are top-notch at what they do. The remodeled mudroom and laundry will make the house so much better.

  I am very pleased with the work and service K. Fedewa Builders provided, and I love my new home! My project was extensive; the kitchen and master bath were gutted and remodeled, the guest bath updated, the ceiling in the breakfast nook was raised, new flooring and windows throughout the house, all new interior doors, trim and baseboards, and we added a Craftsman style surround to the red brick fireplace and stairwell railing. The project came together beautifully! Very early in the discussion phase, my furnace blower quit - during 90 degree temps! Kurt very quickly provided reasonable estimates for replacing my 80s furnace, air conditioner, and 80s water heater. The work was scheduled and completed timely and professionally. I knew then my remodel would be in great hands. About two months into the project, after all the window replacement was completed and demo was done, this snowbird headed out for warmer temps. I had complete confidence leaving my home to Kurt and Alex's supervision . I received status calls and photos. I never worried once about anything that was happening at home - the level of trust that had been established was invaluable to me! K. Fedewa Builders live their values of Quality, Accountability, and Respect. My interactions with everyone associated with the project, from the business office to all who came on site, was positive. I'm so happy enjoying my beautiful home, and highly recommend K. Fedewa Builders for your project.

  We used K Fedewa Builders for a large home renovation project last year. I had a dream to take down a wall separating our formal dining room and expand the kitchen in to that space. So many details had to be thought of and accommodated with a lot of working trades involved. The team worked great with every phase of the project. The end project was everything I hoped it would be! The spaces look purposeful and not out of character with the rest of the main floor. It has truly transformed our day to day living and we are so thankful for everyone at K Fedewa!
