  Remodel of old pink bathroom Our pink bathroom was eighty years old with an owner-inspired seventies remake on top of it like a toupee covering a bald head. K D Rosengrant demoed our bathroom down to the studs and then fixed all of the underlying issues -- floor, plumbing, and everything else. Then the new bathroom went in and what a difference! Drains that drain! Fans that fan! Space was an issue so now we have floating shelves and a recessed medicine cabinet. We also have a brand new multi-unit fan/overhead light/heat lamp which required the removal of the old fan, new wiring, etc. I was going to take a picture of the old bathroom for a then and now comparison, but, no, I want to forget. A lot of people think price first. That's a mistake. Quality is what matters. You don't want to live with a slipping toupee. K D Rosengrant gives quality at the best price.

  We used Rosengrant-Stein services to totally remodel our 80 year old main bathroom. This remodel included moving a wall 2 feet which was the same wall that housed all the plumbing, venting and electrical. This bathroom also did not have an exhaust fan previously. Now that the remodel is complete, we have a gorgeous bathroom that rivals a 5 star hotel, complete with modern updates, gfci, exhaust fan, updated plumbing, and a beautiful walk-in shower. Rosengrant not only came in with the agreed upon budget, but the work was completed as planned within the three week timeframe. There were no hidden charges and I consider myself fortunate in choosing them for my remodel as I have heard so many horror stories about other contractors. Attached is a picture of the completed project, please excuse the mess but it is now one of our favorite rooms in the house.

  We had K.D. Rosengrant replace 19 windows in our house, and I couldn't be happier. The price was very competitive (we got several quotes from local and national companies). The service they provided, for the price they charged, was far above anything we've had in the past with other contractors! She gave me some options for different types of windows, and different treatments, which definitely gave me some flexibility in the final price. The complete aluminum wrap was a great addition to the outside of our new windows! Betsy and her crew showed up promptly both days, were respectful of our home (protective sheets on the floors) and left each room cleaner than it was when they arrived (we hadn't vacuumed in a while. hehe). The attention to detail, and the hands-on daily interactions that the owner (Betsy) provided made all the difference to us. At the end of each day she was here, at our house, moving materials, storing away tools, and wiping down the newly installed windows, inside and out! She clearly cared about the quality of the materials and workmanship, and when it was all said and done, she wanted to make sure we were happy with the final product! Highly recommended!
