  One of the most frustrating experiences I have had. We ordered two door and two storm doors. We paid a premium for what we got. I believe what we were told and the quality of what we actually got was different. But after reviewing the contract we didn't have enough detail. Some of our frustration came from the contractor leaving on 2:30 pm on a Friday, requiring them to come back a different day. The following time they were able to finish within 2.5 hours. If they would have just finished that day it wouldn't have required us to stay home an additional day. Then also they had to come back multiple times to get items corrected. When done I expected to not have to do any finish work on one door. But they just threw it together. I would have been better off without the inside trim work. They also couldn't figure out why one storm door wouldn't close correctly. They had installed the shock so that it was actually slightly pushing the door out. Next one door wouldn't latch on the handle. They also didn't take plastic off of hinges and required us to finish. I've never had a company charge that much and require the customer to finish. Do not fall for any sales they might be trying. We received 30% off another couple received 50% and if you ask me for what we bothngotnits over priced. I will not be using this company again after seeing the quality. I did ask Joe the sales man what he wanted to do because its his business. He just let it slide after that. I can NOT recommend this company. If you just want something slapped in then they will be your company. I wish I could have posted the videos of the door and loose trim also.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY We had a large amount of work done for windows and doors. We need some things fixed and it's next to impossible to have Joe call us back to get the work done. When we did speak to Joe he yelled at us for calling to get our windows fixed and said he didn't care we spent over 10k in products. He was very rude and unprofessional and refuses to schedule fix the windows he installed and didn't keep records of what he promised to get fixed.. Its disappointing to have paid so much money and then to be yelled at when we call to get our windows fixed under warranty, the sad part is Joe said he really didn't care he was unprofessional and that he didn't keep records of what needed to be be repaired.

  I had leakage from day one of a glass roof that K-Bee subcontracted to Ellerman Glass. Five years of phone calls have yielded excuses that don't pan out and avoided conversations and phone calls, and no follow-through. Definitely a salesman who doesn't care if the customer is happy or if a roof does what a roof should do. I called again recently because one of the windows has a seal leak which is covered under warrantee. He is avoiding calling me back again. In the meantime my sunroom furniture, etc. is being ruined and soggy rot is setting in. The glass has also cracked on two panels making me wonder if he put in roof grade glass or normal window grade, since I never had these particular problems with the previous glass.
