  Worse company ever. AC was on 24/7 and would not shut off while the setting temp was never reached and they claim it was because its to hot outside lol. The tech submitted the report to my warranty company claiming everything was good, nothing was wrong with my AC. We reached out to my warranty comp again to request a different company to come take a look because we knew it was not normal for an ac to be on 24/7 without shutting off.. Well obviously something was wrong with the inside unit , its leaking and needs to be replace.! Thankfully this 2nd AC company that came out to check it out found the problem immediately and inside unit will be replaced. But now i have a damaged ceiling that i have to replace and that could've been avoided if Juctice Inc would’ve taken the time to fine the problem instead of just submitting a report that nothing was wrong ! All we wanted was for them to fix it not “condemn” the unit like you say,so please stop lying and stop calling your customers liars. Apparently Justice Inc dont know what they are doing cause if you did the problem would’ve been caught before it got worse. Pathetic..!!Everybody save yourself the headache and look else where ..!! -Ruben Velasquez

  We sent a second technician for the third time to this customers house and upon arrival @ 1:30 when it was extremely hot it was 74 degrees in the house and unit was working fine and reached temperature. The technician checked all pressures and all were fine. The technician went into the attic to check unit and the draining system was working fine. This customer wanted us to condemn the unit so he could get a new one from the warranty company they have. They were super nice and called everyday to make this happen but we are an ethical company and will not condemn the unit just because the customer wants a new unit. The unit was old but it was working great and had no issues with it. This customer got mad at us for telling them we can not condemn the unit just because they wanted us to and this is the outcome... bad review. They want to shame us for being an honest company.

  I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Air Conditioning repairs in Ingleside Texas! I spoke to Christian. He was super helpful and explained everything perfectly to me during this very stressful time. Booking my appointment was super easy and convenient, call them you won’t regret it!

  Highly recommended. They remodeled several rooms on some of my properties and I am very happy with their work. Just a few pictures to show some of their work. They still working on some of the properties but the whole crew is very professional. Pricing was very reasonable They did the floors, tile work in bathroom, painting, Kitchen remodels and cabinets and have installed several HVAC systems. I like to have one company do it all and not having to call different companies for different quotes. They really do do it all. Thanks Justice Inc. keep up the great work.
