  When our basement flooded, my wife and I were at a loss. The first thing we did was call our insurance agent who connected us with David at JRCC. David was extremely helpful and friendly, and was able to connect us with a field technician, Donovan, right away. Donovan was an outstanding professional and was there when we needed him. He got the job done and was straightforward with us in our services we needed and what our options were. Would definitely recommend JRCC.

  We were always notified when visits would be made and updated consistently on the progress. Personable staff. We look forward to getting our kitchen put back together at last.
