  JTR replaced 48 roofs (24 buildings) at Powers Place Townhomes in fall 2021. Dan, Trice and the roofing crew are professional, personable and truly care about their clients. We were denied our first hail damage insurance claim and JTR helped us get a second adjuster to review the obvious hail damage and our claim was approved. JTR knows how to talk with the insurance companies. We saved our HOA about 635k from our reserve fund. We have much needed high quality new roofs. JTR's roofers are hard workers and detailed oriented. They cleaned up our property thoroughly. I am the former HOA board president and was a board member for five years. I highly recommend JTR Roofing LLC.

  Stew was great to work with. He was very quick to respond to calls or texts. He was very willing to do what we asked and even offered a great suggestion that saved us money. The crew was excellent. They got 2 layers of shingles off and did the new install in 11hours and cleaned up so well, no one could tell they had ever been there. Stew and his assistant were here and supervising all day. 5 stars were earned.

  I was particularly impressed because my representative went above and beyond to get the right color shingles, even after I told him I would take my second choice in color due to supply issues that many businesses are facing right now. The job was timely and they did an excellent job of clean-up. I will not shop for future repairs. I will just call JTR Roofing.
