  So easy to work with. I called them about an issue I had with my roof, they just showed up and fixed it. This may sound weird, but so often when I call contractors to fix something they ask me a million questions about it. And I'm always like bro, I don't know, I just know it's broken. This guy just showed up at my house, knocked on the door, told me he already saw the issue and was going to fix it, and that's it. Amazing, would use again.

  Paid them $200 to just get an estimate and they came out and told me I needed a new roof. Said it was “at the end of its useful life”. Got another person out there for free (as it should be) to take a look and quoted me 5k for a patch job. It’s held up and done the job. The estimate Josowitz gave me was short, not detailed, did not outline any numbers for parts, etc. Literally just 1 paragraph blob with a big number at the bottom. When I followed up with them asking for more information, they spewed the same garbage. Don’t let these clowns take your money.
