  Jones was hired to replace our roof in 2018. They did a great job rushing to get it done before an impending storm. In 2019 during pre sale inspections some wood rot was found......a little in the sheathing that should probably have been replaced in the re-roof....but mostly problems in trusses and chimney support that had been wetted in Ivan in 2003 that was not caught on the inspections when I purchased. Jones never had a problem with coming back, in fact they came back three times to satisfy inspectors and real estate agents. John Stevens was the best, and handled the situation well and worked with agents and inspectors to satisfy the requirements. So I give them extremely high marks for sticking with me and standing behind the original job!!!!!

  Had an exceptional experience with Jones Roofing. Have had two rental property roofs replaced recently. Austin and his crew are exceptional and very diligent in the work they do. Could not ask for a better job on the Job last week. Office staff friendly and helped a lot by registering the warranty on one of the roofs and contacted owner with questions when needed. John very helpful and can see why he has been with the company so long. Great hardworking people. Plan on using them again on another property in the near Future and having them do a repair on my home.
