  We contacted 4 different siding and window companies for bids on our exterior home remodel and JoCo Siding & Windows was the most responsive in working with us to figure out what we wanted and to work within our budget. There was a ton of back and forth negotiation and information gathering on all types of products. The major pro’s of JoCo were that they use their own team for installation (no 3rd party contractors), they have a free designer to help choose the aesthetics, and they threw in painting (foundation, other exterior doors, and garage door) for free! During the installation, Rosie’s team was incredibly professional and concerned with our satisfaction. They didn’t destroy any landscaping or tromp around leaving any messes. They neatly took down our Christmas lights and even offered to put them back up again if we wanted. The work they did was high quality and in talking with Rosie, I could tell he was an expert in his work. After the job was done, Justin made several trips to our home to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. There was a scratch on one window. He contacted the manufacturer to have the window replaced. Our Google doorbell had to be taken down for the new door. He made sure someone would be out to reinstall it for us. Any time I had concerns during the process, I was able to call, text or email Justin and he got back with me in a timely manner to resolve my concerns. My husband and I are thrilled with the results on our exterior remodel! We’ve had bad experiences with contractors in past and didn’t have high expectations going in to the project. JoCo truly exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

  I had all 9 of my windows replaced in my house. JCSW recommended the Marvin windows. Good choice. All went well on the project and the custom stain color came our very close to trim. Excellent work. Installation went very well and my wife is very happy with the results. It is good to work with professional carpenters instead of contract installers like many of the other vendors in the area.

  Everyone we dealt with from this company was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Steve was an excellent no pressure salesman full of information. Travis and Bill came to measure and offer advice, and Travis was always available to answer my questions. Rosie and his team are a class act. They installed my windows and new trim in the frigid temps of early January without complaint. This company is easy to work with and want you to be happy with their work. They also follow up to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I would use them again.
