John Wade Roofing is likely the best company I have used in a long time.  I have had 3 roof replacements in my lifetime, and John Wade has done 2 of them. I didn't know of him for the 1st one. Communication is outstanding. Every employee is professional and courteous. The install was great quality and I could not be more pleased. They worked around my schedule. Great after service contact to make sure everything was ok. I am 110% satisfied.

When I found a hole in my roof these guy’s were the only ones to get back to us and patched it long enough to deal with an insurance claim. And after installing the questions we had were resolved the same day with satisfactory explanations. Very reasonable prices on top of that.

John Wade Roofing is an exceptional roofing company!  There was clear communication from beginning to end.  John was very good with follow up and patient with questions.  He and his team  met with insurance agents and adjusters to determine what would be the best options for our roof replacement.

These guys are busy but man they get it done.  They came out right away to inspect my roof (at no cost 2x) once 3 years ago and no problems and again this year.  They were able to get my insurance company information to replace my roof via pictures, price etc.  They replaced my roof in one day.   My new roof looks beautiful and I can't say enough about John Wade Roofing!  Excellent job, great pricing and do what needs to be done!  They don't add on extras that either aren't needed or necessary but give you everything you need and work with you on what you want.  I received other bids and these guys won't over sell you.  Honest, fair & hard working!

First of all, John Wade has lived in the Arlington area for over 30 years. So right off, John is honest and trustworthy. Also his brother owns Wade Funeral Home here in Arlington, point being this family is a part of Arlington and are here to stay. This company did it all for me, a new roof, replace all rotten siding, painted, new gutters, replaced screens and I also hired them to stains my fence. All this was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. If I wasn’t happy with anything John and his team made sure I was. John Wade Roofing is a great company to call when you need your roof repaired. They were quick to respond and schedule a job just a few days after I called them. The crew came in and did an amazing job and even trimmed my tree, cleaned out my gutters and blew off any debris. They left without any trace of their labor and with a great looking roof. The roof installed by John Wade Roofing looks wonderful.  The workmanship and attention to detail was superb.  The crew arrived on time, was very professional, and the foreman was able to answer all of my questions.  They took great care to cover our deck and shrubs before proceeding, and also did a super clean up job. The roof was completed in one day. They even provided additional product and services at no extra charge (including replacing two rotten boards at the corner of the garage, which was not even part of the original work order). If you are looking for a roofer, you won't find better than John Wade Roofing. They did our previous roof in the 90's, which was great, and just replaced that roof due to hail damage. It could not have gone better or smoother. Best roof in the neighborhood.

John Wade was recommended by several friends who had received roofing and gutter work from him since the late 80's.  He provided a competitive estimate and a personal detailed assessment.

The crew arrived early.  Supplies were delivered on time and the crew split into tear off, clean up and resurfacing teams then went straight to work.   I found no more than 5 - 6 nails when the crew finished which was an unbelievably small amount for this type of job.  They had laid tarps around the complete tear off area so most of the waste was collected as they worked and the clean up man stayed always on the go, cleaning up strays.

Despite the speed of work, underlayment, valley flashing, water and ice guard, all went on neat and professionally aligned.  Point here is that they concentrated on the details where it counts, not just where it shows.  I know that what is under the shingles was done in a way that will preserve this investment.  I see the work done as excellent value and the price was appropriate.  Not only will I recommend this roofing company, but I will recommend John Wade to people I care about and will call him again after the next inevitable hail storm that requires roof repairs.

My roof is beautiful! My roof was finished today- 1.5 days total and I have 4200 sq. ft plus 6 car garage. My yard looks great- they covered the pool well and swept and cleaned everything up! The color and style is exactly what I wanted and the roofers were cheerful and professional. John was prompt in returning all calls and gave his cell number for texting responses or problems. He contracted a fair price without inflating and delivered higher quality materials than some of the others I had talked with. The roofers moved all outdoor furniture and were happy to move a few things that I wanted out of the way even though after watching they were far out of the way already. I was worried about nails in our pool because they roofed a pavilion as well and when I looked outside they had covered a good portion of the pool and after were skimming for any debris/nails but also getting all the leaves, etc out of the pool. My pool was cleaner when they left than before they came.
The roof, gutters, landscape , driveways and concrete were all blown clean on top of running a magnet around getting all the nails and everything looked better and cleaner than before they came. Im one happy customer!
