  We have had multiple issues with the replacement skylights. After having John back out to the house for the forth time and the drywall being wet and damaged they could no longer ignore the issue. They have decided instead to ignore our calls, emails and texts. Do not use this company. There were concerns from the start but we had a sense of security because of the warranty offered. The warranty is only as good as the service the company offering it provides. John Sluss roofing does not address issues and refuses to return any for of contact.

  They installed a membrane roof for our commercial building. It leaked ever since it was installed. Never fixed the issue and many requests to address the issue was simply ignored. Update: John eventually responded and sent someone to check it. I hope the leakage was solved.

  Got our roof put on in one day just after receiving our quote. Had a major thunderstorm the very day of install and was very glad it was completed on time and with high quality. I highly recommend this contractor!
