  We used John McCarter again this year after completing a new front door and entryway last summer. This year we completed full Hardie Board siding and trim, as well as new gutters and downspouts. The entire house has been transformed and my rotting wood is now gone. It looks beautiful and we are so pleased with the results. With the new siding the crews also re-routed a couple bath fans through the roof (rather than through the siding). We could not have been more impressed by the work ethic, especially of the siding and gutter crews. They were extremely punctual, working in freezing temps all day, and performing with high efficiency and quality. Everyone was professional and communication was wonderful, especially from our project manager Michael. He made sure up until the very end that we were happy with the entire project. When the bathroom vent re-routing posed a bit of a challenge, he made sure to personally be here and help to get it just right. The pure dedication and customer service from that alone gives them 5 stars without a doubt. We are so ecstatic about a wonderful product that not only makes our house the nicest on the block, but also is protecting and insulating the entire home. We highly recommend John McCarter Construction!

  I utilized John McCarver for roof tear off, attic baffles, sofet vents, skylight replacement, new roof, gutters and entryway siding installation. They were an amazingly responsive and professional team from start to finish. Everything was done to the highest level of craftsmanship and detail and I couldn't be happier with the results. I look forward to working with them when its time to replace all the siding on the house. Great team worth every penny.

  McCarter, a well established, family owned business was a real find for us. Estimator, Melissa was very detailed, professional and credible. Niki the service manager kept us apprised of scheduling and Mike and Nate did a superb job on our siding; timely, neat, skillful and professional in every respect. Pricing was fair and the job exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
