  John Cotten Roofing & Construction was highly recommended by my real estate agent. They installed a complete new roof, which included sheathing, on one of our newly acquired investment properties and did a fantastic job. The roofing crew was in and out within one day, including clean-up. More importantly, John Cotten’s customer service is unmatched. I always ask my tenant how they were treated when maintenance or repairs are conducted and I’m confident the tenant would also give John Cotten Roofing & Construction a five-star rating.

  A few weeks ago, we called John Cotton to come and help us with a leaking roof. Upon inspection John found considerable hail damage. He walked us through what we needed to do with our insurance and John ended up replacing the roof in a matter of days; in fact, the actual installation only took one day! My daughter's house is just a block away and also it had a previous leak so John inspected her roof as well. He again found considerable hail damage from the same storm. Insurance paid some for her at a depreciated rate but left my daughter paying a considerable percentage. Thankfully, John worked with her to give her a great deal and she had a new roof within days. Thanks, John for your professionalism, quality work, and kindness.

  I have had the pleasure of dealing with John Cotten on two different occasions. He and his crew replaced the roof on both of the houses I have owned and I cannot praise them enough. John himself is professional, honest, and thoughtful. Communication was never lacking, the workers are well trained and very good at what they do. Truly an outstanding crew from top to bottom. These guys will have my business for life.
