  John Balken and his team did a tremendous job removing our old roof and putting up a new metal one. John went through all of our options and let us make an informed decision. The roof looks fantastic and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Had not met John before this project, but we will definitely use him again in the future.

  The roof looks very nice but it leaks. Mr. Balkan came back once and tried to repair it. It still leaks. He does not return calls since. He does not stand behind his work.
