  Joel's roofing company has been working for almost a month now to put up a new roof and rain gutters, apparently because it took 2 weeks for "parts to come." Beyond this, his (Joel, not his workers) demeanor is unprofessional at best and borders on cruel at worst, including speaking very inappropriately about neighbors very loudly while they are home and can hear him! I would not recommend their services due to what appears to be inefficiency, unprofessionalism, and excessive noise. With all these other bad reviews, save yourself the mistake of going with this company.

  To the renter next door who works from home. Metal roofs are not put on with out noise. We are installing a snap lock system which involves a rubber mallet. To ask my roofers to stop this is not a request that we can help you with. We apologize your neighbors did not inform you that they were getting a metal roof installed. I suggest if your upset with the roof being put on next door you should take that up with Goleta City permit office. If you are mad because materials are not on time then I suggest you take that up with the State who cut back all truck drivers hours for material deliveries . I also suggest stop flashing my workers while they are working per our Foreman report.

  Joel's Roofing did an amazing job! Joel provided a great deal of assistance in helping us choose our roofing - and took the time to explain the process, both before starting the job, and also keeping us in the loop during the project. The warranty package for the roof is spectacular - especially as his warranty blew the competition out of the water without driving the price out of our range. Give Joel's Roofing a look - you won't be disappointed!

  Had a wonderful experience with Joel's roofing. Kept all appointments on time. Roof, skylights, solar tubes and downspouts all look great. Joel does not just sell the job and leave his guys to do it. He is there to supervise them through the entire process. Joel having his residential MSA with Certainteed gave us the added assurance that we would have a new roof that was installed properly according to manufacturer specification. I recommend Joel for your roofing needs.
