  I had Joe many years ago to replace slate. Called him in March of 2020 . Said he would get back to Me. Tried again in June. Promised he get back to Me. Try again in September, talked to Joe personally and he said he would come before the snow falls. Never got back to Me. Do not depend on his word.

  Hi Ruth I just could not keep up with the emergency work. High winds with trees falling on houses. Roof leaks coming in as fast as I could work. I am only a one man operator with no other help. Thanks Joe merry Christmas
