  Honorable people that did a fantastic job.... John Smith Roofing replace the roof on one of our houses , there is an issue with the pitch of the roof.The inspector came out after the job was complete and said the pitch was off by 1 inch. I called the company to let them know the issue and they told me not to worry we will take care of it .To be honest I was a little worried but the girl in charge her name is Maggie, she told me they will come back and replace The roof with a metal roof which is better than shingles and is more expensive ... Wow Maggie/John Smith Roofing kept their word. I didn’t pay a penny extra... Thanks for the great job !

  Long story short I recently purchased a home in which JM smith roofing replaced the roof a few years back. After getting into the home the roof had a leak, I called and Maggie who I believe is the owner/owners wife warrantied their work without me being the one who used them originally. I have never experienced such great customer service from anywhere much less from a company knowing they were about to come out and make no money from this job. She had a crew out (who the guys were also excellent) within an hour of me calling. I can’t say enough great things about them. They will have my business and anytime someone needs a roofing job done they will be who I recommend!!!
