  I hired JJ renovation to build a porch and install a metal roof on my house. They did the porch and it came out good. They installed the metal roof and they put a ridge cap on but they never installed a ridge cap vent. A few months later it ended up snowing and snow blew under the ridge cap because there was no vent to protect it and filled my attic with over a foot of snow. I called and texted as soon as I seen it and they said they will be out after it stopped snowing. So I spent half the day Shoveling my attic out with a gallon trashcan and Handing it down to my wife through the access hole to dump outside. The next day it was done snowing they never showed up I called and they never answered I left multiple messages and also texted them, no answer. It has now been over two weeks no reply from them, I would call from a different number they would answer and then I would explain why I was calling they would say they could not hear me and hang up. All this over a lousy ridge vent that you can buy online for $151 for 100 feet of this material and all I wanted was for them to finish the job that I paid them to do. I paid them $26,000 for a porch and a metal roof and they did not even do the roof right I was not going to charge them the damages on the inside of the house I just wanted them to put the vent on the top of the roof and I would fix the inside. Sorry for this is long but it if vary frustrating as now I have to find another company to finish a roof that I had already payed for that was supposed to be done the right way the first time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK.
