I had a roof put on by Jim's Roofing 2 months ago, September of this year. Since, I had the entire flat roof torn off and replaced I've had several leaks, causing damage to the interior of my house. I called Jim, it took him week in half to get back to me bout the leak. When he came out he looked at the damage, and kept blaming his works for the leak. When the work was done I was at home the entire time and Jim his self was on the job everyday. Not to mention he originally told me it would take one week from start to finish, it took 5 weeks. He left debris from the tear off laying in the my yard, neighbors yard and bushes. Here it is second week of November and he still hasn't done anything to repair the leaks or the ceiling inside my house. There's 3 serious leaks when it rains. Very unprofessional, poor workmanship. I don't recommend him to do any kind of roof work or repairs.

I had Jim replace my roof 4 months ago and not only did it take him 2 months to finish the job I have already had to have another company come out and repair 2 different leaks. He is unfair to his workers by not paying them, we had issues with his workers coming here wanting us to pay them because Jim wasn't paying them like he should have been. He showed up when he wanted and left the job a dozen times a day. Very unproffesional and terrible work.

Run! Please run as fast as you can!! Seems like a real nice guy. I am in disbelief. Jim looked me on the eyes and promised at least 10 years and quick service if there was any problem. This was after a co-worker of mine who worked in roofing raised major concerns about how he was installing it. 3 years later and several on-going leaks later, we are having to rip off the roof and replace. We are also needing to replace dry wall in the ceiling to avoid mold.
