  I got a roof replaced in 2017 the Warranty is for 5 years. I called JFD Construction about a roof shingles blew off in January 2020 that I needed replaced and for them to check and make sure the rest of the roof is ok. It’s now April 2020 and the shingle hasn’t been replaced to make thing worse there are several shingles now have blown off that I can see. To make things even worse the owner hasn’t contacted me since he told me to send the warranty we did and still no repair after I would say several phone calls texts etc. but It’s been way more then 15 calls, text. Now when it rains the roof is leaking and I’m getting water in my home. I called another roofer to check the damage when it was just one missing shingle and he said it would be about $600 to repair. But he said he didn’t want to do the repair because the roofer who put the new roof on should do the repair.

  We did a house for him and he told us he would pay us at the end of the day. He disappeared at noon and never came back. We were short on material but I finished because we felt bad for the homeowner. He doesn't answer the phone now and have done this to other people. Be aware of this guy.   Horrible company! Do not do business with them. They give you a 5 year warranty and they do not honor it. They tell you to send a picture of the warranty and they never call you back.
