  From beginning to end my experience with Lopez Roofing has been excellent. Frank is a great spokesman and did a great job of explaining what his company had to offer. The job of replacing the roof of my home was begun soon after I signed an agreement and completed quickly. The on-site workers were efficient and careful to protect our plants. The office staff were helpful and prompt at answering questions. Finally, Frank came to the site before, during and after the project, continuing his excellent communication and attention to detail throughout. I highly recommend Lopez Roofing.

  We had our roof replaced at our Lake Winnebago cottage two weeks ago. We were pleased with their quick response to service our needs. Emily, office manager, was friendly, and helpful explaining the proceedure. Mark was also very helpful and quick to oversee the process and answer all of our questions. We were pleased with the workers and the work they did all in one day. We would recommend them.

  I am extremely satisfied with my experience with JF Lopez Roofing. I received 3 other bids for a 30 square roof replacement in southwestern Waukesha County. JF Lopez's price was in the middle but the warranty they offered was top of the line (GAF Golden Pledge), and Mark was able to answer all the questions I had and even included several repair items that the other bidders missed. His knowledge really impressed me and I had no hesitation accepting his bid. The job (which included a 2-layer tearoff and replacement of several deck boards) took a total of 10 hours on a single day in early May 2021. The crew was large and worked like a well-oiled machine. After they left, I double checked the yard for nails and found none (and still haven't to this day). Mark came back the next day to inspect the job and assured me that if I found any issues that I could contact him and he would take care of it. Since I had to install a new antenna on the roof, I had several opportunities to closely inspect the job myself. I found a few aesthetic issues with the flashing that some might consider nit-picking and contacted Mark. He came over a few days later and happily agreed to address the issues I had. A crew came out within a few weeks (I told Mark there was no rush) and everything was taken care of. I will have no hesitation recommending JF Lopez to family and friends.
