  I tried to use this business, instead skipped my sons soccer game to wait around for a morning meeting to get a quote and a no call, no show, no response. Seems to be a reoccurring theme with this outfit. If Jim cant hold a simple quote time then don't hold your breathe for work being done on time.

  You did a roof for my in-laws. It takes 3 months for a response? They called, no response by you. There is a language barrier so I am in helping out. It would be nice if you responded and backed up your work, that's all...
