Well I wrote a review about a week ago about how happy I was with this companies attention and service when it came to the installation. However now 3yrs later I'm having some ceiling staining and have been calling continously for over 4 weeks. I keep hearing how sorry they are and that they are going to expedite my call to a supervisor to return my call, and nothing. I did find an email that was sent to file a claim, but they want me to climb the roof and take pictures to submit. I think that's crazy for them to ask me to climb the roof. They should send someone out, the same way they send someone out within 24hrs to sell me their product. I'm so disappointed and annoyed.

The sales associate did an in home visit and the presentation is nice, so you know (and can literally feel the products) in order that will be installed on your new roof. I did some price shopping around. Jet Roof was a little more expensive than other roofing companies; however, the reason I chose to go with JetRoof was the warranty. The warranty on parts AND labor was unmatched by any competitor. The service: fast. In less than 3 days it was all finished and cleaned up. There were some weather issues that made it less than ideal, but that cannot be controlled. My on site coordinator kept me informed every step of the way and was easily reachable by cell phone. There's an online portal that you can use to track your warranty information once activated and make claims through. It's a solid company with 21st century techniques. I have no complaints, the roof is new and it looks good. Hopefully, I never have to worry about roof leaks again, but this warranty will most likely last longer than I will, so it should be covered as indicated in writing in the contract + warranty by company and manufacturer.

I Was very pleased with the sales and installation services. However now 3 yrs later I'm having spotting on my ceiling and I have been calling for over 3 weeks and still no response. So I guess my next move is to contact a lawyer. Such a shame.

Hi Anna, we have not received a warranty claim on your roof, if you’re having trouble you just have to submit an online claim at www.myjetwarranty.com and we will get you scheduled to have it taken care of. We emailed the email address we have on file ([email protected]) with step by step instructions on how to complete the claim form days ago, please check your spam folder if you have not seen it! We look forward to resolving your problem ASAP!
