  Always courteous and friendly and a very knowledgeable staff. Almost never out of anything you need from a hardware home improvement in lumber store. I bypass several other competitors in my 35 mile drive to get there but it's worth it every time. A++++++

  Called talked to Jay on Tuesday looking for new Bilco cellar door. Home Depot canceled my order that was was to arrive at the store on 9/10. Manufacturer back order, not a call or email: Spoke with a young man, Robi call went out according to us. NO did not receive one. Well its canceled we refunded, can not reorder. Jay took my name looked it up ,how about next week. Paid in full. Recieved call today, 9/ 16, it's be delivered. Awesome service, my business is going to Jess Howes.
