  I've used Jerry Lewis Roofing for various roof repairs on multiple homes over the past several years, both asphalt shingle and metal roofs. They are responsive and punctual, and their crews do excellent work without taking any shortcuts. Pricing is competitive, especially considering with these guys I never have to worry about no-shows or other shenanigans. Jeff the COO is extremely professional and competent, and does an excellent job communicating and coordinating his crews.

  My husband, Doug and I were very impressed with Jerry Lewis Roofing. From our initial contact with Brian Smith to the crew on install day, we felt everyone was very responsive, professional, and provided high quality work. We had them return to fix a leaky window and felt the price was fair and they did the job quickly. The work actually came in under the bid so they lowered our final cost. We appreciated the honesty!! We highly recommend Jerry Lewis Roofing and will use them again in the future.

  I had water intrusion in two places on my home, one from the roof and one from the window. I saw that Jerry Lewis roofing offered both of these services so I asked for them to fix the roof and replace a couple of windows. They quickly responded and sent someone to give me an estimate. Happy with their price I decided to move forward and sent them my money. It turned out due to the pandemic, windows were taking a long time to ship. It took over four weeks for the window to arrive during which my roof problem also went unfixed. I asked them to schedule a separate trip but they stated they were too busy. Once the repairs were scheduled they showed up and took all day to do replacements. They were quite professional and worked hard, but they were unable to finish the job of drywalling around the window. They hired a separate contractor and handed me off. However, the window replacement was slightly too narrow and caused numerous issues for finishing. I would recommend Jerry Lewis for roofing, but not for any kind of window replacement.

  Hi there. We are sorry for the delay in the arrival of your windows from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, manufacturing on many home improvement products has been severely delayed. We apologize we were not able to come out for the roof repair sooner, unfortunately due to weather and a backlog of work, some scheduling has been delayed in certain circumstances. We handle all of our service work in-house, but we are an exterior remodeling company. So when we do have interior finish work, we do utilize an interior drywall company that we sub-contract to take care of that facet of work, but we stay in close communication with that company in regards to their progress. We apologize that once the window was installed and finished out that the window opening was slightly narrower than your original. Often times when an original new-construction window is replaced with a replacement window, the finished opening ends up slightly different. We are aware that your original blinds no longer fit and we apologize for that inconvenience. We hope that the finished product and appearance is satisfactory.
