This isn’t a bad company in terms of selection, but the customer service is so disappointing. I’m not sure why, but on multiple occasions employees have been just so rude.

Very impressed with the customer service at Jennings. Looked a lot of places for new tile for our kitchen, but glad we made the decision to stop by Jennings. Look forward to doing more business in the future as my needs arise.

Lousy customer service. Stopped in at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon and went to the paint department. Nobody was at the paint desk, so I went to the front desk and asked the young man at the desk if someone could help me in the paint department. His response was....NO. After a few seconds he added that someone could help me tomorrow. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Taking all my business elsewhere.

Returned unused material from jobsite and picked up some for another. Makes life easier when you can get more than you'll know you'll need, use what you need and bring back the rest. They keep jobs separated, all you have to with about us getting the job done. They have experience and knowledge that helps from the planning to the completion and all the way through.
