They made my roof replacement very straightforward and handled insurance paperwork. Told me they would get all my code upgrades paid for and they got my insurance company to pay for it all. Going to enjoy getting my discounts on my insurance too, as they gave us a Fortified roof. So happy i chose them to deal with my roof, guys were nice and didnt leave any trash or nails anywhere. If you need a new roof in Mobile this company is who you should go with. We chose a GAF Timberline Roof with the extra certified warranty.

I don't know what you're talking about. I never heard of this place. Just driving by a place does not mean I was there purposefully. Your review should be directed to Google not the local business. From me TO THE BUSNESS: I agree. But I have no other way to direct via Google to Google, to directly contact Google that I know of. My submitted review was actually intended for Google NOT for you. I have tried to complain about this several times. I might drive by a business, perhaps having to wait at a traffic light near a business. And they will ask me how the business was?! I have tried to tell them that showing up on GPS does not mean that I was AT a business. And yet they still send me such requests for a review. I also don't know how to rate a business or any place that I've never been at. Very likely, on my viewing some of your storefront pictures, you have an excellent business record and Google should not be asking me for a review that I do not know how to respond to. Or whether I should try to respond or not. But I cannot get this through to them. Addressing you here is the best I know how to do it, in fact the only way. Google has made changes to their system by using Maps, which I do not completely understand. If they are reading this I wish they would tell me how I'm supposed to communicate/feedback directly with Google as opposed to the business. Thank you for responding. I hope you understand the difficulty. Perhaps others will read this and realize the dilemna? Even when I answer, No, I have not been to the business, that does not seem to deter Google and often I'm not even asked that. Because of this review deficiency, in my mind, I am probably going to drop out of the local guide program. Perhaps I will then be able to get through to them when they may ask me why I'm dropping out? I wish you the best of continued success and luck in your business. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. You are not the first or the only one. I consider this unfair both to me and to you.

They put a brand new roof on our house. Amazing the amount of detail they did from using the right membranes to measuring for correct ventilation! These guys know what they are doing ! Clean up was meticulous also. They will be our 1st choice for our other properties.
