  My roof was re-shingled in 2011 by JD's Roofing. Since that time, my gutters have been coming loose, falling down at the highest points of my house. The first side came down in 2014. Because I am disabled, recovering from total hip and total knee replacement at that time, and would need to climb a 16 ft ladder to repair any damage, I had to leave the gutters the way that they were. Unfortunately, the gutters got bent and unusable. The same thing happened on the other side of my house and was falling down in my neighbor's yard. Because he had a young child that could be cut by the broken gutter, he tore it down and drug it out to the road. I had no receipt, because my care taker handled the transaction in 2011 and that person died in 2013. I do not know what he did with the receipt. Any other paperwork was lost as well; thus, I have no recourse.
